  4. Overview
  5. This program is to fix #1852402768 errors with Palm Desktop 4.0b1, 4.0b2, and 4.0 final for Mac OS Classic.

  7. Palm hopefully intends to fix this bug soon.

  9. Usage
  10. Launch the program prior to syncing your Palm Device with your computer.  It takes only a few seconds and requires no user interaction, it's fully automated.  You must run this patch again if you restart your computer.  This program doesn't really have an interface, you simply get told when it is done, so give it a few seconds.  Don't assume it has crashed because you don't see anything.  It is possible the cursor may stop spinning for a few seconds, this does not indicate a crash.

  12. This is only needed for Mac OS 9 users with the "#1852402768" bug.  Nobody else will  benefit from running this.
